Robert Marroquin Carranza passed away on August 25, 2026, at the age of 84. He was born on May 18, 1942, in Indio, California.

Robert spent 46 years working as a carpenter. His long career reflected steady dedication, skill, and the value he placed on hard work. Through the years, he built not only with his hands, but also through the example of perseverance and commitment he gave to those around him.

He will be remembered with love by his wife of 56 years, Rosario Castellanos Carranza. He is also survived by his daughter, Nicolasa C. Carranza of La Quinta, California, and his son, Roberto C. Carranza Jr. of Desert Hot Springs, California. Robert’s memory will also live on through his six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren, who were part of the family circle that brought him so much pride and joy.
